Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Sustaining Connection Among Homeland People Strengthens Iraq's Unity
At the guesthouse of Al-Douski clan, the guesthouse of Sheikh Lazgeen Agha Douski, His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, met with a gathering of the clan's sheikhs and dignitaries, and commended the sacrifices of Iraqis in confronting dictatorship and terrorism, calling for internal cohesion, resolving disputes through dialogue, returning to the constitution, and sustaining connection among the people of one homeland, recalling with them the relationship between the family of Imam Al-Hakeem (may his soul be sanctified) and the Kurdish people, expressing his affection for the people of Kurdistan, and noting that Iraq has overcome major challenges that have now become memories, calling for confronting the economic challenge by bearing hardship with resolve and further internal cohesion, and wishing the people of Kurdistan and Dohuk and its residents security and safety, and that they be in the best of conditions.
