Sayyid Al-Hakeem: Learning Iraq's Heritage, Historic Sites Strengthens Connection Among People
During his tour of Erbil Governorate, His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, accompanied by Governor Mr. Omeed Khoshnaw, visited the historic Erbil Citadel and toured the streets and markets surrounding it, and affirmed in a statement to the media that the nature of his visit to the Kurdistan Region is social in character, aiming to sustain engagement among the sons of one people and to learn about their heritage and historic sites.
Sayyid Al-Hakeem expressed his hope for the completion of the government cabinet at the present time, noting the importance of completing the file on confining weapons to the state through dialogue and understanding, and calling for sustained coordination to resolve outstanding issues.
